The Chateau is located between Foix and St Girons in Ariege, Midi-Pyrenees. We can arrange to meet you at the airport, assist with luggage, and escort or chauffeur you to the Chateau, although the roads, (which are mainly motorway standard), and markings, are excellent all the way.
From the airport, take the Toulouse direction to join the A61/62 (motorway). Then follow signs for Montpellier, or if not ‘autre directions’. After 20 kms you will reach start of the A66 (motorway) . Take this road direction Foix Andorre for 40 kms until the Foix exit. Follow the road towards Foix, then take the D117, (direction Tarbes) through Foix and on and through La Bastide De Serou.(20kms)
After a further 3 kms at the junction with the D49, (Signposted to Allieres) turn right. The gates to the Chateau are a further 400 metres on the right. A code is needed to open the gates.
